


Creating a suite of HR training for people managers.Coaching and developing people managers in HR related areas.Advising line managers and co-ordinating with the Occupational Health provider to manage long term absence and ensure employees' mental and physical wellbeing is suitably supported throughout the employee lifecycle.Providing advice and guidance to employees and line managers on issues relating to employment issues.Supporting on employment tribunal work where required.Liaising with ACAS for early conciliation.

Supporting with ER cases and HR queries.Ensuring HR related policies and procedures are current and compliant with employment legislation.You will be solution focused and not afraid to raise your hand a challenge the status quo. This role will suit a true generalist with proven experience in all areas of HR. You will approach work with a compassionate attitude displaying excellent communication skills and encouraging others to do the same.
